1. Orders placed online for pick up in store, will be available for pick up during store hours or after hours for curbside pickup.
2. Orders placed close to the end of the day will be processed the next business day for pick up.
3. Orders placed during inclement weather periods, in which the store may be closed, will be processed on the next business day following the store's closure for the weather. (See Facebook page - for updates on closings and openings during inclement weather.)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days - depending on when the order is placed.
We ship USPS Priority whenever possible. Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, for destinations within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Returns can be made within 7 days of shipment for store credit or exchange only, with no exceptions. Call us for an RA number.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all products unless proven defective.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in a re-saleable condition.
Special orders can not be returned or refunded.
Tights and undergarments can not be returned or refunded.
Items on sale can not be returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable and Mary Ann’s Dance and More will not be responsible for paying to ship the product back unless the product is proven defective.
Defective products must be shipped to Mary Ann’s Dance and More and will be reviewed before any store credit or exchange is processed.
Ship all returns with your RA number to Mary Ann’s Dance and More, 163 B Northampton Street, Easthampton, MA 01027. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.
Prior to returning an item call Mary Ann’s Dance and More at 413-282-0054 to be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number
Items must be sent postage paid. Mary Ann’s Dance and More will not be responsible for paying to ship the product back unless the product is proven defective.
Items must be in new condition, not opened, in resellable condition in the original packaging, and must have all tags attached.
Sale items, undergarments, and tights, can not be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed by emailing email@example.com. A full refund will be processed and will take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
If cancellation is made after the order has been processed, you will receive a gift card in the amount of the order. The gift card must be used within 90 days of issuance.
